First thing is first we would love to make sure that our customers are always happy with the slime you order from us. With that being said if an issue every happens please contact us and we will make sure to fix any issue that may come about.

~~Before handling any of our slimes please make sure to wash your hands and dry them, if you don't slime will stick to you!
~If in shipping your box was left in the heat by the post office your slime can be soft or melt. If this happens you can place your slime into the fridge for about 1-2 hours and it should go back into its place. ~~If your slime is still sticky please add a bit of our activator that is included. Add a little bit at a time. Heat will make it sticky. When not playing with the slime please store in its containor and Store in a cool place.slime
